BTS Safety is committed to providing training and certifications to keep people and businesses safe and profitable. Our philosophy is that doing a job safely is the only way to get the job done. After suffering a work related injury while working overseas, owner Ora Stephenson has been committed to bringing the message of a safe work envirnment to all workers. Ora knows first-hand how work related injuries can affect your entire life and wants to promote safe work for everyone. Ora is a certified classroom teacher and certifed Adult trainer. She has earned her Safety and Risk Management certification through CSUB, as well as her certifications as a trainer. Additionally, Ora is certified in Human Resouces Management. With over 20 years experience in teaching and training, Ora knows how to make learning interesting and relative to the learner. And, as an injured worker, Ora knows how important safety is to each individual in her classes. Ora has worked as a Safety Manager for Robin's Envirovac for over 3 years and is proud of the fact that REV has an excellent safety reputation. Additionally, along with her husband Tims 20 plus years in the oil industry working for Shell, Dynometrics and PXP, Ora has gained an extensive knowledge base for safety within this industry. BTS Safety is different from other safety training programs in that we are willing to come to you, provide your training around YOUR work schedule and still provide excellent quality training. Evening and weekend classes are available so your employees don't have to take time away from their jobs to obtain their safety training and certifications.
