The CoverSafe Trench Cover is a portable, OSHA-compliant fall protection system engineered to cover open trenches and excavations on construction and roadwork jobsites.
Unlike solid boards, warning tape, or temporary fencing, the CoverSafe Trench sits directly over the opening as an expandable trellis platform — creating a walk-over barrier that adapts to trench sizes up to 4'3" wide while keeping the excavation fully visible for inspection.
Available in two lightweight sizes (14 lb Mini and 28 lb Regular), the CoverSafe Trench is the trench cover of choice for roadwork crews, utility contractors, and general construction sites where OSHA 29 CFR 1926.501 fall prevention is required.
