Meet the Simplified Safety Team

Dan Wampler

Dan has been president of Simplified for the past couple years but has been with Simplified basically since it’s inception. He’s gone from a salesman in the company’s early years, to now managing Simplified Safety worldwide. When he does get free time, Dan likes to spend it with his family and doing outdoor activities like bike riding and grilling. He also enjoys providing counselling, teaching, and is an avid board/video game enthusiast.

In 2014, Dan worked with a large refinery in Baytown, TX. The customer had unsafe roofs that were accessed often, in a business that was already accustomed to accidents. Dan worked with the customer to provide the fall protection they needed and established a relationship that went on for years after the project was completed. He was able to share his knowledge and experience in fall protection to protect many of their employees from various hazards around the job.

When discussing this project, Dan had this to say, “My favorite projects have always been ones that are less transactional and more relational, especially where people are genuinely at risk and I was able to be a part of ensuring they would make it home safe each day.”
