Dyon J. Gaddy is the sole proprietor of It’s Always About Safety (Safety Training and Safety Consulting) She has utilized her individual skills as a safety consultant and trainer to specialize in designing and developing site specific Safety and Health Programs and Training programs for small contracting companies in the past couple of years. It’s Always About Safety’s success is a result of our “hands-on” approach to participating fully in each training session and our trainers are authorized OSHA Outreach trainers who also have solid backgrounds in the construction trades. This is to ensure that either during a safety audit of each project or at a training session the needs or our clients and their workers are being met at an affordable price.
