Aaron Reed
Aaron began his employment with Simplified Safety shortly after his wife, a former employee, left for maternity leave. As an incredibly disciplined worker, Aaron has committed himself to serving his customers day in and day out. Aaron loves spending time outdoors with his wife and son, playing sports such as soccer and basketball, and visiting local craft breweries.
In 2022, Aaron worked in tandem with a contractor for a massive fall protection project. While this project had several moving parts, with his expertise in the industry and head down approach, he was able to juggle it all and see it to completion.
His favorite part about working on this project was: “Although a BEAR in thick of it, looking back this was a huge win in project management, problem solving, and teamwork to implement a solution. As a team we were able to overcome challenges literally every step of the way to deliver a unique, aesthetic, code compliant end product to the customer.”
