Meet the Simplified Safety Team

Katie Haines

Katie came to Simplified with very little experience in Fall Protection, however, has been a shining light on the sales floor with her initiative, drive, and pursuit of excellence. She has quickly become a top performer in serving our customers and is continually looking to improve herself in her role. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out on the lake with her husband, going on hikes, and making crafts.

In 2023, Katie worked with a food processing company nearby and this proved to stretch her in many ways. This company prioritized safety and was looking for someone to partner with to make their facility completely safe from fall hazards. Luckily, they stumbled across Katie.

Her favorite part about working on this project was, “… it had a huge variety of products, applications, vendors, and it really tested my skill sets. It also helped me learn a TON about project management.”
